Local Portal
Find a document from your local
Find your collective agreement, forms and notices in Resources. Search by name, filter by kind, and start with the items your local pinned.
- Who can do this
- Members whose local shares documents on the Local Portal.
Your local keeps the files and links members ask for most in one place: Resources. Your collective agreement, forms, benefits booklets and meeting papers usually live here.
Open Resources
- Choose Resources in the Local Portal menu. On a phone, open Menu first.
- Items your local has pinned come first. Those are the ones officers expect you to need.
- Choose a file to download it, or a link to open it.
Find something faster
- Type part of a name in Search resources.
- Choose Pinned to see only the pinned items.
- Choose a kind, such as Collective agreement, Forms or Benefits, to narrow the list.
Choose All to clear the filters.
Links to other sites
Some items are links to another website, such as your union's site or a benefits provider. They are marked Opens another site and open in a new tab. Once you follow one, you have left the Local Portal, and that site's own rules apply.
If you cannot find it
If the page says Nothing shared yet, your local has not shared files here yet. The Binder tab in the Hall may also hold documents. If you still cannot find what you need, ask your local. Get help from your local explains who to ask.
