The public Comms site still costs something to keep online. If those tools saved you time, you can buy Ryan a coffee. It is optional and never required.
Locals keep using Comms either way. If we host Officer Hub or Local Portal for a local, that hosting is a separate bill — enough to cover it, not a trap. Solidarity isn’t a checkout flow.
