Most software follows the same tired pattern: give you something useful, lock you in, then hit you with a monthly fee.

We hate that. Union dues should go to fighting for workers, not software subscriptions just to do basic organizing.

UnionOps was built out of solidarity, not for profit.

Our promise:

Comms stay free: Guides, flyers, Brand Kit, and the other public tools stay free. They run on your device. No ads, no tracking, no paywall on a poster.
Hosting has a cost: Officer Hub and Local Portal hold real case files. If we host those for a local, we need to cover that hosting. We will ask enough to keep the service online, not to lock you in. You can also run the software on your own server.
No data harvesting: Comms graphics and Brand Kit stay on your device. If you host an Officer Hub, that host holds hub records and is the data controller.
No ads, no tracking: We aren't selling your attention.

UnionOps is built by union volunteers who wanted a solid tool for people doing the hard work on the ground.
