On a phone the header is now one short row: language, display settings, a Tools link to the creation tools, and Menu. Officer Hub, which is by invitation, stays in the menu and shows as a plain link on wider screens.

In Letter Generator and Document Generator, the example picker and your text fields now come first. Colour coverage moved into a Look section below your text, so you can start writing sooner.

The Officer Learning page now lists the modules right under the opening sentence. The self-tests, the related paths and the note that this is not legal advice come after the list, and the note opens from "Read the note".

On phones, tool editors now fold the when-to-use note into a short disclosure, shrink the Brand Kit reminder to one line, and put export buttons under the form, so the Edit and Preview tabs sit higher.

The Document Library now puts search first, with the starting resources as short rows beneath it. Each group shows four documents and a button to show the rest, and a search still lists every match.

Each Officer Learning module now opens with its title and a one-line note that it is not legal advice, with the full note one tap away. Objectives sit under What this module covers, and the self-test note moves next to the quiz.

The menu now starts with the main site links in a compact grid: Brand Kit, Create, Worksheets, Learn, Platform and Search. Inside Officer Hub or Local Portal they no longer sit below the whole workspace menu.

Search now shows the first 12 tools and guides, with a button to show the rest. On Create, Worksheets and Learn, search comes first, and each common task is a compact row: tap anywhere on it to open its recommended tool.

Home now shows eight common tools, from Graphic Maker to Rules of Order, right under the headline, with a search box for everything else. On a phone they are on the first screen, and the tools by job and the setup help come before the example and the longer sections.

Brand Kit now keeps a division or sector logo and a committee or caucus logo at the same time. Both appear beside the union logo on graphics and posters. Where there is room for only one, the division logo is shown.

Brand Kit now has an OPS Unified Look with the blue and gold OPS / FPO logo and its colours. Choose the Ontario Public Service sector and the OPS Unified collection to use it. Division logos now sit right under the sector picker.
