Alt text and caption are different fields on most platforms. Do not put the full caption in the alt field.
How to use this
- Export or screenshot your graphic from Graphic Maker, Quote Card, Flyer, or another tool.
- Write alt text here that describes the visual content (not the caption).
- Copy the alt text and paste it into Instagram, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn’s “Edit alt text” / accessibility field when you post.
- Keep your usual caption in the normal post field.
