How to use this

Export or screenshot your graphic from Graphic Maker, Quote Card, Flyer, or another tool.
Write alt text here that describes the visual content (not the caption).
Copy the alt text and paste it into Instagram, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn’s “Edit alt text” / accessibility field when you post.
Keep your usual caption in the normal post field.

Before you post

Describes what is visually in the image (people, signs, setting)
Includes important text that appears in the graphic
Mentions the local number or union name if shown
Keep it to 1-2 short sentences
Does not start with “Image of” or “Photo of”
