Week 1: Identity and boards
- Finish Brand Kit colours and logo
- Post one Board Notice for the next meeting
- Optional: add a QR Link Card to the board
After Brand Kit: the board, print, social media and a simple website, in an order that keeps dates and next steps lined up.
A short live path: Logo Builder, Social Examples, Graphic Maker, Quote Card, then Website Template.
Brand Kit is step 0. Your colours, logo, and links then show up on every graphic, notice, flyer, and site template. Set them before the rest of the roadmap.
Post a high-contrast notice on workplace bulletin boards. Members who are not on social still need to see meeting times and updates.
Hand out the same message as a flyer for meetings, walkabouts, and actions. Pair print with boards so members offline still get the facts.
The 20-minute demo skips print. Come back to Flyer Maker after Quote Card if you still have time.
Give members one link for contact info, officers, and about your local. Download a ready-made template and host it free on GitHub Pages.
