Grow membership with scan-to-sign materials

Posters, wallet cards, and a welcome letter for hard-to-reach members — especially part-time staff.

Coverage under a collective agreement is not the same as being a signed member. Use Brand Kit membership links, print QR materials for boards and walkabouts, then hand out a welcome letter when someone signs.

Why this matters

Part-time and dispersed workplaces are hard to contact in person. A poster or card with a clear QR link lets people finish membership on their phone — and every signed card strengthens the local.

  1. Save membership URLs in Brand Kit

Open Brand Kit and add full-time and part-time application links (or one shared link). Mark a primary URL for single-QR tools. Seed defaults are editable — paste the exact forms your local already uses on printed sheets.

  2. Print posters and cards

Use the Membership FT + PT QR Board preset for a two-up sheet, QR Link Card join presets for handouts, and Solidarity Poster join slogans when you want a louder board filler with a signup QR.

  3. Hand out a welcome letter

Document Generator includes a Welcome letter preset. It pulls your Brand Kit membership URL and collection label so you can print or email a short onboarding note after someone signs.

Board tip

Pair membership QR materials with your Union Boards bare-minimum layout so the signup path sits next to steward contacts — not buried under parent-union posters.
