Print a who-to-contact poster or a Position | Name list, with campus codes when you need them, and reuse the same names on your website.
Use after elections, or when the LEC list on the union board is out of date.
Colour coverage
Brand colour frames generous white areas for the message.
Sheet background
White paper stays readable on any Brand Kit. Brand colour field fills the sheet with your Look colours.
Layout
Poster uses contact cards. List is a Position | Name sheet. List + location adds a campus (or site) column; use a short code when you have one.

Committee
People marked for the website fill the officers section in Website Template. Stewards can stay on the poster only.
Download Word below to edit this roster further. Need a blank template after elections? Document Generator still offers an empty sheet.
To save officers and stewards for another browser or next year’s election, use Local pack. CSV for Excel is there too.
